About Me

Hello, my name is Chris, I’m the younger sibling of a remarkable person who has faced severe mental health challenges from a young age. Growing up alongside my older brother, and later working as a mental health nurse, I have developed a deep passion for supporting people on their journey to well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy making music, creating geometric art, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family. Those who know me best describe me as caring, creative, and humorous, with a touch of stubbornness—an optimism-driven stubbornness that convinces me no problem is insurmountable.

I take a person-centred approach, blending elements from humanistic, psychodynamic, creative, and transpersonal disciplines. My ten years of experience as a mental health nurse have given me a deep understanding of life’s complexities and the challenges people may face.

My integrative approach allows me to draw from a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I firmly believe that every person is the expert of their own experience and possesses the inner strength, abilities, and wisdom needed to heal and grow, no matter the circumstances.

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, always at a pace that suits you. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can explore any areas you wish to address.
